Store (Sales) Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brand-new retail store. Ideal candidates hold a valid driver’s license. 2+ years’ experience in 12 Volt Electronics, Tint, Vehicle Wraps, PPF, Detailing & Ceramic Coating, or Automotive Accessories sales preferred. MECP certification is highly preferred. You will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Higher pay and commission will be negotiated if you can demonstrate sales and knowledge of PPF, Vinyl wrap, car audio expertise, 12v accessories, and/or Professional Detailing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
• Implement strategies to drive store sales and meet financial targets
• Maintain a clean and organized store and shop environment
• Handle payment transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
• Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for growth
• Maintain appropriate product inventory
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales and customer service
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory control [SHOP MONKEY A HUGE PLUS]
• Bilingual proficiency is a major plus
• Excellent sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Knowledge of buying trends and inventory management
• Control operating expenses
• Effective time management abilities
