Technicians (Films, Audio, 12V, Professional Detailing/Finishing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking Automotive Film Technicians, Car Audio experts, Interior/Exterior Finishing, and 12V accessory installers to join our team at a brand-new location in Menomonee Falls. The ideal candidate will have experience in these trades and possess a strong attention to detail and prove over time he/she is ready to become the Shop Manager.

Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply, as long as you are willing to stay with the company for a set period of time, company paid training will be provided.

Higher pay and commission rates if you can demonstrate installation of PPF, Vinyl wrap, car audio expertise, 12v accessories, and/or Professional Detailing. This also includes earned certifications such as I-CAR, 3M, SunTek, llumar, XPEL, NWRD, Glazier, NGA, or MECP.

Work hours are flexible, averaging 40-50 per week promoting work-life balance and competitive benefits are available.

Duties:

Install various automotive products based on your experience level and training.
Assisting in unloading and stocking parts, cleaning of shop and store front.

Making fair and honest recommendations on desired and needed service.
Showing and explaining to the customer the finished work.

Skills:

Having the knowledge and ability to properly perform required Tint World services.

Actively seek to improve levels of knowledge by attending development training.
Working independently without the assistance of others while retaining a teamwork approach.

Experience in sales, auto estimating, auto body repair, or auto glass is a plus
Capable of heavy lifting when moving materials or equipment.

Familiarity with dealership or automotive repair environments is a plus.
