Employed for six years now. Attempting to get in for just about 10.
How many years have you been MECP certified? How long have you been Master certified?
Five years. Acquired Basic and First Class back in 2004 renewed Advanced and acquired Master in March 2009.
What is the year, make and model of the most difficult car you've ever worked on?
65 Mustang GT Fastback. The install wasn't as difficult as was doing the best I could to ensure the vehicle remained pristine.

What is your favorite tool to use in the installation bay and why?
My little homemade tone generator and simply because of the fact that it is the only tool that I actually made and it's cool to see those 10 minutes I spent paying off.
What's the best advice you have ever gotten in your installation career?
If you are going to do something for life, do what you love. Those words spoken to me five years ago are the reason I will always be somewhere in the 12v industry because I truly love it.
Who inspires you to further your skills and your career in mobile electronics installation?
Everyone that has passion for the 12v industry. All of us that want nothing but the best for this industry inspire me to crank out the best work I can whether I'm installing a simply head unit for a full system. And my son, even though he has no clue what I am doing now I want him in the future to be proud of the work his dad does and the pride he takes in it.
