How long have you been in the industry?
I will be going on seven years now.

How many years have you been MECP certified? How long have you been Master certified?
I've been Basic and Advanced certified for 5 years. I just passed my Masters recently.

What is the year, make and model of the most difficult car you've ever worked on?
The old RTD "Party Bus". The electrical demands of a dance club on wheels are tough to plan for with so many variables. Long runs and short budgets.

Give us a rundown of the system installed in your vehicle right now.
Avic D3 upfront, Alpine MRP-F300 four channel, MRP-T220 two channel, Alpine 10" Type E (best cheap subwoofer ever), Infinity Kappa 6 ˝ Components. Fabricated pillars with four Insignia 2" mids (pulled from a computer surround sound system, you would be surprised), custom fiberglass enclosure in the trunk.

Name the top five artists in your MP3 player at the moment.
Alison Krauss, Nickel Creek, Norah Jones, Miranda Lambert, and worship music from church.

What is your favorite tool to use in the installation bay and why?
Dead blow hammer and a pry bar (joking!)…My set of mechanical pick-up claws.

What's the best advice you have ever gotten in your installation career?
Promise what you can deliver and always deliver on that promise.

Who inspires you to further your skills and your career in mobile electronics installation?
I have always been the "jack of all trades," good at everything; master of none. It has been a blessing to finally find something I can be great at.
